COMPANIONSHIP
We recognize that many of the clients we meet will experience a range of
different problems such as Alzheimer's/Dementia, feelings of isolation, depression, inactivity or boredom. At Integrity Home Care NY, we provide caregivers who are experienced, compassionate, caring, and who will provide the best care for yourself or loved one.
MEAL
PREPARATION
Our companions will provide healthy meals, snacks and drinks as per request by client and doctor recommendations.
HOUSEKEEPING
We provide light housekeeping to make sure the client is thriving in a
clean, orderly, and healthy environment. This includes laundry, vacuuming,
trash removal, and changing of linens.
TRANSPORTATION
We will accompany your loved ones to and from doctor appointments,
shopping and local errands.
MEDICATION
REMINDERS
Caregivers will make sure your loved ones will have their pre-poured and
pre-dispensed medication on time.
PERSONAL ASSISTANCE WITH EVERYDAY NEEDS
IN THE HOME OR ASSISTED LIVING FACILITIES.
We are here to make sure our clients personal needs met and will follow
their tailored plan of care.
