“My family and I couldn’t thank Integrity home care enough for what they did for my Grandfather in his final days. They answered every call and went above and beyond. We unfortunately used a different service for at home hospice, but the aids that integrity sent went above and beyond to fix the mistakes the other company made and help us get through this brutal time. My Grandpa was a fighter, he was in a terrible condition but wouldn’t let go. We started getting concerned and it was extremely hard. Integrity answered the call and told us they were sending in the A-team ASAP. After weeks on no sleep and stress, an Aid named Jeanine walked in shortly after the call and said she had it from here. Within an hour she worked her magic and my grandpa looked more comfortable and at peace than he did in months. She said she knew he was a special man by the amount of family members in and out of the room and that he was in good hands, she had it from there and for the first time in weeks my family felt peace. We watched as she comforted him and talked to him. We were able to leave the room and Finally get some sleep. Two hours later he passed peacefully with Jeanine by his side and we wouldn’t have had it any other way. Not only did she bring my Grandpa comfort and peace, but she allowed us peace as well. We could never thank Integrity enough for what they did for us in this special mans final days. Thank you so much”
